  Irie's is among the top 10% on a worldwide scale, even better if judged locally. If you're looking for a comfortable restaurant, look elsewhere. If you want the best fish tacos and spring rolls, then this is your place. All their food is made from scratch. They roast their own coffee beans and make some of the best brewed coffee I've ever tasted. Oh, and one more thing, don't miss out on their deserts. Yumm!

  This place doesn't look like gourmet food would be here and I almost turned around and left. I am so glad I didn't. Their sauces are by far the best I've ever had. The Kahoku Chicken dish with the peanut and sesame sauce was incredibly flavorful. They have an avacado sauce that was just incredible in the salad. And their garlic ginger sauce is drinkable. One if the top 5 places I've eaten in the country!

  Irie's island food is a must visit in Port Aransas, TX. They make everything fresh including the hamburger buns NO MICROWAVE. First night we had the tacos that were amazing and the shrimp rice plate......the rice was just white rice no flavor but when I asked for some of their home made ginger Butter and added it to the rice it was like....POW!!!! The next day we had the burger, fries and OH MY HEAVENS the Mac and cheese you have to try. I'm not a Mac and cheese order at a restaurant kinda girl but it was amazing.....put it on my fries and burger. Oh and what I loved was out side.....they had a dog bowl of water for your loving Pets you bring with you. Must visit. Doesn't look like much outside and we almost passed up but Please don't miss this hidden Jewel. I have it 4 stars because I had to add to my rice to make it pop but if not that it would have been 5 stars......Lunch was 5 stars.
